LGBTQ+ affirming trauma therapy for young adults

Many young adults come to me eager for change but unsure where to start. Maybe their mind doesn’t shut off. They replay conversations, overthink decisions, or feel emotions that hit fast. They might come across as capable, self-aware, even successful, but internally, things feel overwhelming, exhausting, or just off. I specialize in helping people understand and work through the deeper patterns underneath these experiences—especially when they’re rooted in past experiences that still feel present, even if you can’t fully explain why.

Healing is not about erasing the past, but integrating it. We start by honoring the journey that brought you here, recognizing your inner strength. From that foundation of self-compassion, we work to pave the way for the story ahead—building a life that feels authentic, affirmed, and entirely your own.
