Many adolescents, young adults, and adults come to me eager for change but unsure where to start. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I create a collaborative and "real" therapeutic space where your identity is the baseline, not something you have to explain. My practice is built on a foundation of anti-oppressive values, deep respect for lived experiences, and a commitment to welcoming your full self.

Trauma-informed:
I prioritize your physical and emotional safety by recognizing how past experiences shape your present and ensuring you are never pushed beyond what you are ready to handle.
Relational

My private pay rate is $150 per individual therapy session.
I am credentialed with several insurance providers in DC and VA (Anthem, CareFirst BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Optum).

Book your intake session. In our first session together, we will start with introductions, and then explore the challenges you are facing through an initial intake assessment. The intake process will help me get to know you as a whole person. We will develop goals for therapy and create a plan to achieve those goals that is unique to your needs.

Knowing that many clients won't fit into a "one size fits all" approach, I incorporate various evidence-based approaches into treatment. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to identify goals and explore and build upon your strengths so that you feel capable and confident to handle life's challenges.
